The house call for motorcycles
A dead bike shouldn't cost you a trailer rental and a Saturday
Redline Garage brings the diagnostic bench to your driveway. Professional tooling, a methodical process, and a mechanic who tells you the truth about what your bike needs — at your home or workplace, Mon–Sat · 8 AM – 8 PM.
The visit
What happens when we roll up
Listen first
You tell us the story — when it started, what changed, what you've tried. Half of diagnosis is a good history, and nobody knows the bike like its rider.
Test, don't guess
Meter, scan tool where the bike supports it, pressure and voltage tests — we chase the fault to a component and show you the readings that prove it.
Fix or plan
On-the-spot fix when possible. If not: a written quote, and trailer pickup scheduled before we leave. Either way you know exactly where you stand.
Common mobile calls
- Won't start / clicks / totally dead
- Died while riding, won't restart
- Battery keeps dying (charging system or draw)
- Running rough, cutting out, check-engine light
- Sat all winter and won't wake up
- Driveway services: oil, chains, brakes, batteries
Why mobile beats the shop queue
- No trailer rental, no borrowed truck, no favors owed
- No two-week dealership backlog for a 40-minute fix
- You watch the diagnosis happen — full transparency
- Evenings and Saturdays, because breakdowns don't keep office hours
- One visit often ends with the bike running that day

Mobile service FAQ
How fast can you get to me?
In season, usually same day or next day for the Cleveland metro. Tell us your location and symptom when you call or text and we'll give you a real time window — not a cable-company "sometime Thursday."
What does the mobile diagnostic cost?
A flat callout rate that covers travel and the diagnosis, quoted up front when you book. If you approve the repair with us, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the job.
What can you actually fix in my driveway?
More than you'd think: batteries and charging faults, starters and relays, wiring repairs, chain and sprocket sets, brake pads and bleeds, oil services, carb/injector triage, tire plugs, and most bolt-on work. If it's beyond a driveway fix, the trailer comes next.
What if the bike can't be fixed on site?
Then you already have the diagnosis and a written quote for the shop repair, and we schedule trailer pickup — usually the same visit. You're never left with a mystery and a dead bike.
Do you service my area?
Our regular mobile radius covers Cleveland, Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Parma, Strongsville, North Olmsted, Euclid and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area. Outside that? Text us anyway — for bigger jobs we range further.
